
Kim Dierckx works as a doctoral assistant at the Department of Developmental, Personality, and Social Psychology (Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Ghent University) and is also affiliated with the interdisciplinary Center for the Social Study of Migration and Refugees (CESSMIR) as a researcher. As part of his PhD, he examined the “super-diverse” society. Specifically, he investigated how social institutions can achieve social harmony in diverse societies through the application of procedural justice. His current research focuses on the mutual relationships between ethnic-cultural minorities and the factors that can positively influence these relationships.
