Louise is conducting research on the labour market disadvantages faced by individuals with a migration background. The study focuses on first- and second-generation migrants, primarily in Belgium. Through her research, she aims to map out the employment opportunities for these individuals and investigate the drivers of differences in employment prospects between people with and without a migration background. Ultimately, this research can lead to concrete policy recommendations.
